In partnership with Maison Alaena, the spa offers exceptional treatments, inviting you to slow down and reconnect with the essentials, in a soft and soothing setting, a stone's throw from the ocean.
The Alaena Spa is open Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Any cancellation of treatment must be made 24 hours in advance.
The Alaena treatment menu is designed as an invitation to absolute well-being, to soon offer you an exceptional sensory journey.
A bright and poetic relaxation area
Continuing with the Alaena Spa, the relaxation area is part of a setting that invites you to slow down gently. Sauna, steam room, relaxation terraces: the heat envelops, the muscles relax, the breathing calms down. A quiet and cozy place, ideal after a day at the sea.
Access to the wellness area is included for hotel guests. External visitors benefit from access with treatment reservations.
The wellness area is open every day from 9 am to 8 pm.
An indoor pool with soft lines
Bathed in light, the indoor pool stands out as the heart of the place, a timeless break between calm and contemplation. Sublimated by a poetic fresco on the ceiling and a delicate mosaic adorning its background, the eye is lost, time slows down, tensions disappear.
The pool is not supervised.
Children accompanied by an adult are allowed.

Bright and energizing, the gym allows you to regain movement at your own pace. In a refined space, everyone composes their own practice, supported by state-of-the-art Technogym equipment.
