A cuisine with Italian accents
DISCOVER SCAPA, Italian restaurant in La Baule

La Baule meets Italy, in a spirit of sharing and relaxed elegance.

Scapa, Italy revisited with the spirit of La Baule

From the very first moments, the Italian restaurant Scapa seduces with its sincere welcome and friendly atmosphere. Here, elegance meets simplicity to create a lively place, where people come as much for the food as for the atmosphere.

Here, Italian cuisine is expressed with freedom and creativity. The iconic recipes are revisited with subtlety, integrating a local touch that brings freshness and uniqueness to them. This encounter between Italian influence and the Baulois region gives rise to dishes that are both authentic and surprising.

Our menu is being designed behind the scenes, inspired by the Chef who is already imagining, testing and refining his most beautiful recipes to soon offer you an experience that is as tasty as it is unforgettable.

ITALY IN THE YEARS 60-70

Designed by Dorothée Delaye, Scapa is inspired by Italy in the 1960s and 70s, between a sports club and a family home. A place that is both elegant and lively, where people meet to relax, share or celebrate, in a lively atmosphere.

A LIVING ADDRESS

All year round, the restaurant brings together locals and hotel guests, and is naturally an address where people come for both the atmosphere and the table.

SEASONAL CUISINE AND SHORT CIRCUITS

The cuisine highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients, often from short supply chains. This attention to the origin of the products can be felt on every plate. ‍

From lunch to dinner, Scapa becomes a landmark in the Blue Peaks.

les Cimes Bleues bar

Open from 9:30 a.m. to midnight, until 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, the bar extends the Cimes Bleues experience.

We meet there for an aperitif, an early evening cocktail or a more cozy last drink. On the terrace as in the bar, the atmosphere is elegant and relaxed.

The menu gives pride of place to signature cocktails, revisited classics and alcohol-free creations, made from carefully selected ingredients. A selection of Italian and French wines accompanies the set, alongside spirits and refined pairings.
