1- Definitions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the GTC) are those of the company HOTEL LES CIMES BLEUES (hereinafter the Company) registered in the Rennes Trade and Companies Register under number 988 882 411, whose head office is located at 14 rue de Plelo, 35000 Rennes.
The Company is the owner and publisher of the cimesbleues.com website. The site was created and is hosted by Influence Society, registered in the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 824 023 063, whose head office is located at 92 Cours Lafayette, 69003 Lyon, 69003 Lyon.
The director of the publication is Mr Renaud Biard.
The site offers the customer (hereinafter the Customer) the possibility of booking and paying for rooms at the Les Cimes Bleues hotel (hereinafter the Services).
The official language of the site is French. An English version is also available.
2- Application of the GTC
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions for the marketing of hotel services and apply to any order (hereinafter the Order) placed on the site by the Customer.
The validation of the Order by the Customer implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
The Customer declares to have received on the Company's website, all the information necessary for the Order.
3- Ordering Services on the site
The Customer reserves the Services that suit him or her on the site. The Services are described and presented accurately on the Company's site. At any time, he can know the amount of his Order. The Customer is responsible for his choice of services.
The Customer retains the possibility of modifying his Order until it is validated. The summary of the Order lists the Services ordered as well as their price including any additional amounts (tourist tax).
At the end of the Order, the Customer confirms its acceptance by checking the box for validating the CGV and then clicking on 'Confirm my reservation'. Some 'Non-modifiable, non-cancellable' offers require the explicit recognition of the obligation to pay for the Online Order.
After the validation of the Order, the Company sends a confirmation by email to the customer containing the elements of the reservation.

4- Online order payment conditions
The prices of the various Services are mentioned in the descriptions, expressed in Euros including all taxes. Unless otherwise specified or special offers, ancillary services are not included in the price (breakfast, etc.).
In the case of online payment, the Site uses a transaction security system called D-EDGE PAY. This system guarantees the Customer the confidentiality of his bank details.
The data is thus completely encrypted and protected.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Order in the event of non-payment, fraud or attempted fraud.
5- Customer service

6- Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is not applicable to the provision of accommodation services. As such, he expressly renounces any right of withdrawal by accepting these Terms and Conditions.
7- Cancellation rates
Flexible rate: Free cancellation until 6 pm on the day of arrival. Beyond that, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Non-cancellable, non-refundable rate: no cancellation or refund possible.
8- Processing of personal data
As part of its activity, the Company is required to process certain personal data of its Customers. The Company attaches great importance to the respect of privacy and takes all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of Customers' personal data.
The Company is required to collect personal data and in particular the following information:
- Email address
- First and last name
- Postal address
- Phone numbers
- Bank details (cards)
The Customer consents to this data being processed and analyzed for the following purposes:
- Site management
- Order management
- Payment of orders
- Response to questions or complaints
- Managing and sending the newsletter
- Elaboration of statistics
- Management of requests for rights of access, correction and opposition
- Management of unpaid invoices and litigation
Customers' personal data is kept for the period strictly necessary for the above uses within the limit of three years after collection or the last contact with the Customer.
The Company may be required to communicate Customers' personal data in order to cooperate with the administrative and judicial authorities.
Under Decree 2011-219 of February 25, 2011 relating to the conservation and communication of data allowing the identification of any person who contributed to the creation of online content, the Customer is informed that the host of the site is obliged to keep for a period of one year from the day the content was created, namely:

- The identifier assigned by the information system to the content concerned

- The dates and time of the operation
- The identifier used by the author of the operation
The Company collects the IP address of each computer used by Customers in order to analyze site traffic and to check that the site does not carry out acts that may harm the interests of the Company. If they fail to do so within 30 days, the parties may refer the matter to the jurisdiction of the Company's head office.
